This is Spaz-Stix SZX05809 Holographic Color Changing Spray Paint for Lexan Car bodies and other surfaces. This paint changes colors depending on the angle you view it from - producing a rainbow effect (see picture above). This paint goes on clear - you need to apply the Spaz-Stix SPZ 00100 or SPZ 00109 Black Backer to bring out the color.
