This is a Spaz-Stix SZX05300 Color Change Lexan Body Paint. This paint changes color depending on the angle you view it from - changing from Gold to Red. This paint goes on clear when you first spray it on - you need to apply the Spaz-Stix SPZ00100 Black Backer to bring out the color.
