This is an RPM81170 Bearing Blaster bearing cleaning tool. Bearings perform best and last longer when they are clean. This tool makes cleaning bearings easy - the bearing is held between the two halves of the bearing blaster, and you use a can of motor cleaner spray (not included) to force cleaner through the bearing to remove dirt and debris. Make sure you re-lubricate the bearing after cleaning. (Please note: The color of the item will be randomly red or blue as RPM is changing molding colors)
