This is a Team Associated ASC6263 package of (2) 4-40 turnbuckles. They are 2.06 long with a hex-shaped piece in the middle, which when turned by a wrench makes the linkage assembly lengthen or shorten (the threaded portions are reverse threaded on one side). These are made of steel and are black in color. These fit the Team Associated RC10 B3 and RC10 B4 buggy
